There have been several instances of nepotism and corruption among the company leadership.
The executive department is not trained or experienced enough to do their roles correctly.
Many executives often punish their department staff for no reason.
The Chief Executive Officer does not pay his developers.
He also does not give his developers any reasonable tasks to do, he will use them for one thing and encourages the developer executives to fire them when he's finished.
You will never get any direct contact with the Chief Executive Officer unless he wants something from you.
He never says "hello" or "how are you", it's always straight to what he wants and when he has what he wants he will no longer talk to you until he wants something from you again.
The Chief Executive Officer owes thousands of Robux to his developers, executive staff and previous owners of companies he has acquired.
There is a chance that current staff will not be paid for the work they have already completed.
The Moderation Director is the CEO's best friend and is promoted everywhere and gets whatever he wants.
He convinced the CEO to terminate me and suspend me at two of his companies.
This is called nepotism and it is frowned upon within the retail industry.
Same goes for Flybmi, Oakhill Academy, Breeze Shopping and any other future or current Swift Shopping subsidiaries.
